Ingredients for fresh pasta:
300 grams of Anima di Pasta flour
3 fresh eggs
80/100 grams of steamed spinach
For the sauce: asparagus, extra virgin olive oil, salt, turmeric, to be stir-fried

Kneading time: about 10 minutes
Pasta resting time: about 30 minutes, covered
Cooking time in boiling salted water: 3-4 minutes
