Our organic Anima di Pastry flour for shortcrust pastry and biscuits was used for the dough. Alternatively you can also use our <strong>Anima di Pasticceria flour<\/strong> for soft cakes and tarts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> for 12\/15 biscuits<br \/>\n100 g pastry core flour<br \/>\n100 g corn flour<br \/>\n50 g seed oil<br \/>\n50 g sugar<br \/>\n10 toasted hazelnuts<br \/>\n3 tablespoons of &#8220;homemade&#8221;
